So, I'll have to start using the "PSE" button, and not the manual button, and when I want to be able to read the radio ID during the entire transmission I'll just have to turn off any Priority channels. I just checked and when I press the "PSE" (pause) button the Radio ID display continues to display.
As soon as the scanner checks the priority channel(s) is/are checked the radio ID disappears and the 4th line displays "TSYS" only, until the next transmission it made. Then I noticed that it also disappeared when the scanner checks "Priority" channels.
I noticed that when I press the manual button the radio ID immediately disappears and does not reappear until the next transmission.
I had previously turned on the "Display Radio ID" option, the problem was that the ID's were disappearing very quickly, and before the transmission had ended. At this point I think I have figured out how to work around the problem.
